Trish, I crashed and didn't get to stay up and watch the Oscars. Wish I could have seen your DIL.
We are in heavy demolition/construction mode around here. This house looks like a tornado went through it. But it is exciting to finally be making some changes around here. We are headed back to Home Depot this morning for more stuff.
Chris woke up with a migraine this morning, so Butch and I got Benny up and ready for school. I feel so badly for her when she gets one of those headaches. She's just miserable.
Well, time to load up and head to Bulverde. Check back in with you all later.

Vickie...yes, I had my scan this morning. I am just waiting to hear from my doctor. He wants someone else to look at it too so I may not get results until tomorrow. I put it in God's hands. Have fun on your adventure today. Sorry Chris has anther awful headache!! Sending prayers for you all!!
I am tired as usual. I stopped at Walmart as it is just a couple blocks away from the clinic. I needed vitamins. Of course they were out again!! I knew I drove by Walgreens on my way home so I stopped in there. They were out too. WOW...why the run on vitamins??? I found out they are revamping that section in Walmart thus the prices will probably be going up...DUH!!! I did pick up a small bottle at Walmart and I am glad I did. They cost more but I need them so oh well!! I will have to hit Target up today or tomorrow and hope they have the larger bottles. I do not want to be without vitamins.

Judy...there are no Dollar General's here. Dollar Tree but that is it.
I only use Flinstone's Children Chewable....I have never been off on any of my counts so I prefer to stick with what I know. I always have coupons for them too.

Good Morning OFF Family,
I've had three cups of coffee, started doing wash and drove over to the high school to deliver extra set of keys to my grandson -- locked himself out of his truck. Tonight I will take my youngest grandson to his scouts meeting while his Mom goes to first communion meeting a church. Busy time of the year.
The winds are howling, 40-50 mph, and power lines down in some parts of town. Even the dog doesn't want to stay outside any longer than necessary.
Connie praying that your test results turn out well. Vickie, love remodeling; just not the mess.

We had those horrible winds last week. I hope you made it safely walking/driving in those gusts!!!
I haven't hear from the pulmonary doctor yet. He said it would be most likely Tuesday before he gets everything together. Thanks so much for the prayers!

Lost some shingles on the roof, but thankfully no major damage. Power outages, trees down and numerous fires all over town. We were some of the lucky ones. Already had some one knocking on the door wanting to repair the roof. Glad that will be my son-in-laws decision.

Hi Carla and my OFF family:
I have wonderful news to share: My brother Gary finally got a job! After more than three years of being unemployed (he lost his job at AIG in Milwaukee in October 2009 ... he lost his before I lost mine). I called his phone this morning ... knew he worked for Bath Fitters over the weekend at some home show, so I called today and my mom picked up. She said he got a job and started today ... he had applied months ago for an inside sales job at Bath Fitters and didn't get it. Well, the guy didn't like it, so they called Gary and offered him the job. I'm so happy for him. He has been so worried about getting a job and health insurance.
Last night was a bear at work. Our system kept crashing on our designer ... I think the front page crashed six or seven times. Right at deadline, it wouldn't open and we wound up just sending the page because we couldn't get the page open. Even the back shop couldn't open it. What a crappy system.
Anyway, I have to go to work again tonight. Not much else going on. Just wanted to say hi and share my good news. Have a good day.
